I have been working at CAHG full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Good benefit package, free breakfast on Fridays, week long winter break, flexible summer Fridays, many great people to work with

    Cons

Senior management changes the direction of the company every time the wind blows, certain people are given vastly preferential treatment compared to others very disproportionate to their contribution to the company's success, company sometimes expects extremely long work hours, company decreased holiday time off in 2013

I worked at CAHG full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The salary and working hours were decent but not not make up for all the downfalls

    Cons

The CEO is deperatly trying to get hired by Omnicom so instead of looking at the inherent problems at CAHG, he keeps all the same exces in place and layoffs / fires everyone beneath. The short term goal being cost cutting and revenue boosting. The long term effect being ZERO moral and massive business losses.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The executive committee / partners are the ones who are screwing the business. There needs to be an over haul from the top down, not bottom up.

I have been working at CAHG full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, great location, ok pay, co-workers and good people. But I think management needs to change.

    Cons

No place to move ahead, management does not communicate with workforce,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Top C level has to go bye bye, they are driving the company to the ground. It is showing very difficult for the company to move into the digital space.
