Current Employee – been working at CARCO Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – I work for CARCOGROUP. This company has really given me a chance to succeed in a business environment. I am treated professionally and both my Director and my Manger acknowledge me as a person and share my excitement for success. This company has given me an opportunity to control my own financial success. There is no limit to the amount of money you can make here and I determine my own rate of pay. I cant thank this company enough for giving me a chance at becoming not just an employee but also a friend and a part of the CARCOGROUP family.
Cons – I really have nothing bad to say about this company, anytime I have ever needed anything at all they have really tried hard to help me.
Advice to Senior Management – I have no advice for management here just a big'ol thank you.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Current Employee – been working at CARCO Group full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Paycheck every two weeks. Very clean.
Cons – Very low salary. Made more money 15 years ago. Inadequate training, very poor. May not be doing position you were hired for. Raises are EXTREMELY low, a joke. Benefits change every year. No dental insurance.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to employee suggestions and gripes. Raise employee morale-there is none. Provide better salaries and raises. Should have meetings with employees on improving company morale, workmanship, and stability.

Former Employee – worked at CARCO Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – Paycheck is every 2 weeks. No weekends..........my direct supervisor was wonderful very willing to work with you on issues was out helping her team on a regular basis.
Cons – 37.5 hours a week, not even a full 40 hours ever. The upper management is more concerned with qouta's and hitting numbers than fully training. Nasty emails are sent out stating that if numbers are not hit then you will be on an endangered species list and this is while your in training. Upper management prowls the isles and questions what you are doing spouting numbers at least once an hour, but when you ask a question of them, no answers are ever given. Meeting are called in the middle of your lunch break with no warning that are mandatory, As your clocking out meeting are called that are off the clock to discuss production. The training is trial and error, no one is ever on the same page everyone is giving different answers to the same question, and even when your told it is right, someone else comes back and says its wrong. It is high stress, not worth the money that is being paid or the free insurance which has a huge deductible and is of no use to anyone.
Advice to Senior Management – Take care of your employees, at least provide coffee, that the employee doens't have to pay for. Put your new employees through a real training session and get everyone on the same page especially your leadership team. Hire people that will inspire and motivate and not push and push with nothing to gain.

Former Employee – worked at CARCO Group full-time for less than a year
Pros – They have a quiet clean office and human resources was very informative. They also are very efficient in signing on new employees.
Cons – According to a few of the current staff there is a high turnover rate and was advised this is a tough place to work.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not hire people if you do not intend to keep them but if you do intend to keep them please properly train new employees and advise them as to why and what they are doing wrong. Do not accuse them of poor performance or they still "do not get it" as they are not mindreaders. I thought I had the position down as the only errors i made as reviewer trainee were minor corrections and if the immediate manager did not want me there she should have discussed her reasons with me not accuse me of "poor performance" when I finished all the work I was given on a daily basis.

Current Employee – been working at CARCO Group
Pros – Paycheck arrives every two weeks. Set hours. No weekends. Some supervisors are more willing to help and answer questions than others.
Cons – In general, very repetitive and the job becomes extremely boring. Job is production based and seems to have a quantity over quality of work mentality which promotes a self interest work environment rather than a team. Job security is non existent with threatening emails regarding production the norm. Extremely high turnover rate. Training is minimal with expectations at a maximum.
Advice to Senior Management – Value quality over quantity. It will set you apart from competitors. Simplify the design and display of specifications to make them more user friendly thereby increasing productivity.
