Pros – Only near to native or in Gujarat (Ahmedabad Branch)

Cons – No clarity in any process. Even top management has to consult to other person for some instance.

At the time of resign, the pending leave balance neither adjusted against your notice period nor paid off. You will nt paid your Variable pay on proportionate basis also. The management is offend ed after resign.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay rise, transparency, cooperative, get the review of the Group head from the team member

Cons – Lacks in positive work environment. Pays too low salary.

Advice to Senior Management – (In reference to Ahmedabad Branch and CKC department only)
HR department needs to get active. Employees' satisfaction level is too very low and superiors don't even seem to be worried about the same. If finance market had not fallen and job markets had not squeezed, CKC department would not be having many of the current employees.
A thought to ponder upon, a single rightly qualified and positively charged employee is a value addition rather than two over qualified and dissatisfied employees.
