    Pros

CAS is small and family oriented .It's owner, Sean, will listen even if he doesn't agree. He tries
to deal with his employees in a professional manner, even though sometimes its hard. I have no regrets.

    Cons

The downside of working at CAS is there are too many bosses. There are too many employees trying to work outside their field.

    Pros

You won't find a place with better work life balance. Many smart people work here with high levels of education. Come in every day and do your best and it's very likely you will enjoy your work.

    Cons

Its not as fast of a work environment as some may like. Things take time to materialize. Information tends to be centralized with few people and not all employees are fully aware of management's goals and priorities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share more with the rest of employees. We would like to hear about management's vision for the company and not just specific projects. and try to get advice from the guys in the trenches. Ask us. many of us have a lot of good ideas to share.
