Former Employee – worked at CB Structures full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – WAS an awesome place to work for. Before they brought in this consultant as the CEO and he cleaned house.
Used to pay well
Used to have over 100 employees
Cons – where to start.......pay? advancement? senior management? 2/3 of the ownership group? morale?
Advice to Senior Management – please stop bleeding the company dry and just lock the door and throw away the key? Oh wait....then that would make the third company you came into consult and ran into bankruptcy! You accept that paycheck like you have earned it. Give me a break
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
