    great place to work, but somw whayt vaguye there is alot of rewards available and many people around to intereact

    Cons

    ther doesnt seem to be enough training in place to offer enough to be able to achieve gooals by one self and thats the main problem

    Exposure to companies and leaders in the business world

    Cons

    Company culture, leadership says it is one thing when it is really another, bullying behaviours, too workload is too high and not stretching, lack of follow-through by HR and managers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Really listen to people and take on board what they are saying. Always follow up what they have said and keep them updated

    Design EPC projects with big oil companies. Good Experience for personal development.

    Cons

    Lack of company culture. Lack of people management.

    Reduce the number of contractors and pay more attention to staff engineers.

    Pros

    Lots of training (including paid-for postgraduate courses). Solid brand. Good exposure to businesses. Responsibility from the first day.

    Cons

    Too stuck in its old ways, extremely bureaucratic. Poor compensation.

    Allow some room for innovation and reward creativity.

    Exposure to senior business people and government representatives
    Responsibility for own policy area

    Cons

    Poor career management and few development opportunities for policy specialists once you have climbed the first couple of steps of the career ladder
    This may have changed but at the time: very little emphasis on innovative ways to approach policy areas
