    Pros

Great product and brand recognition. The SF office is really trying hard to be relevant and hip, pushing a culture from the top down.

    Cons

Many layers and silos. Communication between offices is challenging and there is a distinct shirt of power from SF to NYC. This is impacting many key people as pressure to relocate mounts.

    Advice to Management

Corporate bureaucracy and innovation don't go hand in hand. Try to instill a great sense of team, communicate goals clearly and inspire those who are on the front lines.

    Pros

Used to be a really fun culture, but now it seems like they are trying to revert to "Startup" mentality.

    Cons

Management needs a serious overhaul. No room to move up to a noticeable, respectable position. Too many SVP and VP changes, like a revolving door.

    Advice to Management

Move on. Go someplace else. You're only there because the workers you employ do all of the heavy lifting.

    Pros

Good worklife balance, easy 9 - 5 job.

    Cons

Upward mobility is very limited, not professional development, not really trying to keep up with the industry. Benefits are not on par with industry either.
