Pros – IDK I guess beneifits training career exiting work

Pros – No good reason to work him. They treat there employees like crap.

Cons – Don't pay enough. Everyone is sleeping with everyone. Husbands are cheating with other men's wife and mind you everyone works at the same place. Terrible loses of drama. This is cca in Sayre ok.

Advice to Senior Management – Sweet talk them. Or kiss there butt and you can get away with anything

Pros – good pay for where i worked florence az

Cons – 1 officer on the floor is unsafe for 6 pods. I worked graveyard so we were aways 1 to a floor. The lieutenants and captains care more about the inmates than the CO's. most everyone there is grumpy or pissed off due to poor management. have to worry about possibly staying an extra 4 hours sometimes and they dont care etc

Pros – Fun...lots of travel...Cool people...Ministry...good work out everyday...meals and housing provided during the summer.

Cons – Not for you if you need tons of sleep to be at your best.

Cons – The sour atmosphere, backstabbing, no help, they are always hiring turnover is horrible.. The need to Hire new HR people
