I worked at CCDT full-time for more than a year
Pros – Focuses on major social issues
Has had a measurable impact on society
Helpful and co-operative while in personal crisis.
Cons – To much of internal politics right from senior level to junior level.
Favoritism to old staff, they survive in spite of their poor performance , thus compromising on quality
Used to be like a school, with a principal around, thus too much of moral policing
Increments and promotions are basis favoritism not on performance.
Advice to Senior Management – The quality of work can improve. Non performers should either be filtered or asked to perform. POLITICS should be avoided and this should have a top down effect. Staff should realize that the issues they work on are much more bigger than internal conflicts. New talent and quality should be recognised

Pros – The sector is very noble and great to work in
Cons – Poor quality leadership and lack of vision. Even though it is more than 20 years old, it is still a start-up
Advice to Senior Management – Good Managers required

Cons – Poor structures and systems; adhoc ways of functioning
