Former Employee – worked at CCSI full-time for more than a year
Pros – It's a good place to get into staffing but that's it. The non-management are good people.
Cons – Poor management who only think of themselves. Son't appreciate the people they have which leads to high turnover. Most the positive reviews on here have been written by them to make it seem like a good place,
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees more. Think about how your decisions affect your employees and actually take it into consideration. Your employees see that your decisions are meant to make you more money and make it harder for them as well.

Former Employee – worked at CCSI full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good location, okay office space.
Cons – Turnover is unbelievable, more than half the company has left in the last 6 months. Double that if you go back one year.
Seems like they can't afford to bring any good people in with experience (that are not coming off unemployment). Most people are hired after not working for 6 months and then they are promoted quickly to management.
Lack of Social Media tools, job boards are to find the unemployed, not the best people.
Low mark-up, low profit MSP model. Many low level jobs to fill, hard to make money doing it. Everyone fills Admin and Customer Service jobs, can't pay my bills with that.
No direct hiring manager contact, either deal with a recruiter or an onsite rep from a MSP.
A no-growth company in a high growth industry.
Poor management, been around a long time, still a very small company with no known growth or expansion strategy. This leads to no growth opportunities for recruiters and account managers, so they leave to find growth.
Advice to Senior Management – It has been said on this site before, treat your people with RESPECT. Respect their ideas and their work ethic. Promote from within. Pay for performance, recruiters place the people, account managers just send emails, why should they be paid more?
Lastly I would say sell, but who would buy a low profit, shrinking revenue company?

Former Employee – worked at CCSI full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – If the boss likes you, you'll do well
Lots of contract job openings
You do not need to know how to recruit to work here
women owned company
Cons – The thought that Hoovers and database subscriptions will fill jobs
The more money you make will eventually put a target on your back - It happened to me
Owner's husband monitors call logs (but says they dont micro-manage)
The company loses about 1 employee per month
lack of growth opportunity
nobody is respected
late nights
Advice to Senior Management – Stop worrying about your perception to the outside world and treat your employees right!

Former Employee – worked at CCSI full-time for more than a year
Pros – I guess it's a good stepping stone to get into the business... but that's about it. It's not a good place to work.
Cons – The management doesn't manage- they threaten, force employees to work late hours without overtime pay, and babysit. You have to fight for every penny you've earned in commission. They pay on a draw, but don't tell you that, they just hold back on commission until you've billed a certain amount every week, but that amount is more than paying for your desk. The owner is constantly making racial and derrogatory comments about people and is very disrespectful to his employees. There's no structured training, no room for growth and what you're doing there isn't even really recruiting. They are an approved vendor for clients who use vendor managed programs and they get jobs, they submit blindly and pray for feedback. They don't know that actual recruiting involves candidate screening, direct relationships with hiring managers, coaching candidates through the interview process, closing deals, or anything that is involved in the actual recruiting process.
Advice to Senior Management – Get new management.

Current Employee – been working at CCSI as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – The whole team are very efficient, fast and always extremely friendly. If I email them with a question I can always expect a very quick response and they genuinely seem to care about my happiness as an employee.
Cons – Sorry, no cons from me. I'm very satisfied with CCSI.
Advice to Senior Management – No advice needed. Keep doing what you're doing! I'm genuinely very happy with the treatment I've received from CCSI and would recommend them to anyone in my situation.

Current Employee – been working at CCSI
Pros – The company paid for my medical insurance.
Cons – The place is complete mayhem. Most dislike working there and are intimated by the owner (the real one, not the lady who works 5 hours a week). Constant monitoring of what you are doing, but nobody teaches you what to do. I could not imagine this is what recruiting is really like. They count your calls, check how many notes you make, felt like I was being babysat constantly. Glad I found another job and left, it was the most depressing time of my life. Please think before you take a job at this company, their turnover is unbelievable but they won't tell you that in the interview.
Advice to Senior Management – Nothing, these people are to ignorant to follow any advice. Just not nice people to deal with personally or professionally. Good luck to the ones who are left there.
