trouble system of attendance - Your relative or personal work basis you need to be 2 hours late (either take 1/2 days off) work two extra hours, not accepted to final figure of attendance.

Advice to Senior Management – Train employees and provide better resource base to complete day by day tasks. Invest into employees, once review your middle management so that they do not abuse power. Motivate employees and review their goals, ambitions and general well being. Give employee ability to submit anonymous review of their managers. Give to good compensation, profit sharing, cash incentives... depend's on employee capability structure (Strong revenue generation, strong sales, good profibility give to clients).
