    I have been working at CD Equisearch full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    I worked at CD EQUI SEARCH full-time for the 2.8 years

    Health insurance better than at most of the other financial institutions.
    Reasonable working hours compare to the other firms (approximately 8 - 9 hours).
    You can learning scope is very high (Trading strategies, technical charting tools, macro economic analysis).
    Co-workers are very smart and pleasant work environment.

    Cons

    Free lunch at the cost of your lunch break.
    Low compensation, unethical and misguide higher management decision from employee's benefits.
    trouble system of attendance - Your relative or personal work basis you need to be 2 hours late (either take 1/2 days off) work two extra hours, not accepted to final figure of attendance.
    There is no room for professional career growth.
    Your manager is final arbiter, The higher management did n't question of this type parameters.
    Un-knowledge dealers handle off "Dealing Desk"

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Train employees and provide better resource base to complete day by day tasks. Invest into employees, once review your middle management so that they do not abuse power. Motivate employees and review their goals, ambitions and general well being. Give employee ability to submit anonymous review of their managers. Give to good compensation, profit sharing, cash incentives... depend's on employee capability structure (Strong revenue generation, strong sales, good profibility give to clients).
