    Have great Work-life balance, direct impact on the products that people use everyday. Being able to work with some of the smartest people in the world.

    Cons

    Information on how to move up in the company and pay. There is no discussion anywhere of pay scale so it makes it difficult to plan ahead or know if you will make the salary you want to achieve your goals.
