I have been working at CDI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are clients with big Companies. Access to a global company.

    Cons

Networking within other sights is not allowed. Not paid on a timely basis. Benefits are massively expensive and not worth it. Pay is only compensatory, if you pay for your benefits, you are taking a 10-20% cut. Not worth it.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so secretive and work with your employees. They will be much better off and will not write negative reviews.
