I have been working at CEB (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Growth and personal development - Opportunity to work with smart individuals who invest time in coaching - C Suite exposure early on in your professional career - Fun - Strong training programs - Benefits and Number of PTO days

    Cons

    - Workload can be intense and overwhelming for some

    Advice to Management

    - create more capacity for managers to spend more time with employees and customers

    Pros

CEB is a fun and exciting place to work with very young people. It is a very laid back work environment, but it provides great exposure and experience in the corporate world

    Cons

Days are nine hours long, because lunch is not included in your salary pay, and like most places, the learning curve upon starting is pretty long.

    Advice to Management

Keep the relaxed atmosphere, but maybe consider less of the structure when it comes to coaching success and that type of thing. Everyone has their own style of teaching and learning.

    Pros

This is an excellent place to work. Semi laid back policies in regards to dress, but a culture of high growth and development. A very young and energetic environment

    Cons

There are not many cons to note. I would say that one of the biggest cons have to be the elevators in the waterview office.

    Advice to Management

There is definitely a strong growth mentality within the company which helps to cultivate younger employees. keep doing what you're doing.

    Pros

CEB has a good culture filled with smart young individuals. For the pay it is a relatively easy place to work.

    Cons

There are many cons to CEB. Most notably an overwhelming majority of managers are terrible. You will go unmanaged unless you force it.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your research staff not just your commercial staff. The high turnover should not be a surprise. Sentiment on the floor is terrible it is obvious. Get it together.

    Pros
