    Pros

    It is an amazing platform holding numerous events on a regular basis, gathering top executives, scholars and government officials.

    Cons

    The management style and value are old fashioned. It lacks efficient cooperation and constant dialogue among different departments.

    Pros

    Nice working environment, place to learn, a big platform to try different things. Good annual leave

    Cons

    Not much training. Hard for a new comer to pick up information. Standard not very clear. Slow I vertical promotion. Low salary increase ratio.

    Provide more development opportunity for staff through taking classes on campus.

    - International body of faculty and students
    - Located in the center of the world (Shanghai)
    - Dynamic workplace
    - Best business school in China
    - Good reputation

    - Apprasial could be better
    - Limited opportunities for foreigners
    - "Sinofication trend" - i.e. too much focus on the Chinese market

    Pros

    No. 1 MBA program in China
    Teaching to interested and intelligent students
    Excellent facilities and relatively high compensation for the amount of work

    Cons

    Hierarchical structure means little ability to influence high-level decisions
    Management relatively unresponsive to suggestions by faculty
    Mediocre evaluation process and little to no feedback on performance

    Improve channels of communication, expand interaction between faculty and management with the goal of diversifying the viewpoints that influence curriculum and policy
