Good place to start, not to stay for a long time

    Process Consultant (Former Employee)
    Monterrey, Nuevo León (Mexico)

Prosnice benefits package, good work atmosphere with direct boss and colleagues, fast learning environment, opportunities to travel abroad and grow professionally

Conshierarchical, organizational uncertainty, some people seemed to be "untouchable", could be very bureaucratic and political, continuous power struggles among different groups, promotes a "work above all" kind of lifestyle that ends up burning out its people

Advice to Senior Managementa more horizontal organization must be encouraged to speed up the information flow and corresponding visibility of the value chain (too many managers, few actual workers)
