Fast place environment. At times it moved too quickly. But I gained lots of experience.

Former Employee - Employment Specialist Assistant in Ashland, WI

I worked at CEP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Positions at the top of the organization enjoy large salaries and opportunities for continuing growth through paid trainings. Excellent travel stipends. Lot's of paid time off.

    Cons

The organization requires skill and talent along with an academic background in just about anything but doesn't allow growth and development or future opportunity for such, unless your already working in administration rather then the "field".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reduce the administrative staff accordingly. This may provide better services and training dollars to the general public.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
