Pros
-The work is not too stressful and the environment is laid back.
-Lots of quirky people so the office is usually never dull.
Cons
-It's a service company so the pay and perks are less than at an exploration company.
-Structured career development is nonexistent.
-The processing and research divisions seem to have an abnormally high number of international employees so diversity may be an issue. It appears that many teams have a large number of internationals but the team leads are American.
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize employee success and encourage employees to take the lead in their career development. Must improve minorities in leadership roles.
