5 new managers in 1 1/2 years, all they care about is placing staff at work sites
Must work > 95 hours in 2 weeks to get comp time, company charges for OT and keep 100%
% 1 priority is company stock value.
Won't allow flip to client even after years of service.
Advice to Senior Management
Work on staff management, Say good job when a member has gone above and beyond.
Share the OT funds.
