Benefits are decent for the overall market
Cons
Very long hours
Work/family ratio is unbalanced
Micro-managed constantly

Hard to move off of a project once assigned -
Advice to Senior Management
Offer more praise to members on a project when credit is due
Allow members to change projects easier
Pros

Good Client Interaction -Direct Client relation
Cons
Not enough Clients.
Work Class is not very good... Biased toward region.
No Promotion Clarity.
Appraisal process is not up to the mark
Advice to Senior Management
Get More projects in Different domains...

The type of work is interesting
Cons
Non-management pay is ok but known for less than the market
Year end bonus is very minimum for non-managment staff
Advice to Senior Management
To be more generous on empolyee and bring the pay to the market
the flexible work life balance is a great
Pros
You get experience in all different aspects of marketing. I did RFP and RFI's, PR work with their annual conference, as well as marketing research and social media work.
Cons
The community you work with is very bureaucratic so you have to go through a lot of paperwork to just get the job and then in order to change anything in the way you do something you have to get your bosses permission as well as his boss and maybe even corporate
Pros
Knowledgable people within the team
Cons
Disconnected and out of touch corporate management
Advice to Senior Management
Invest in the team. Be truthful with your clients.
Pros
There's lots of work so you won't miss a pay check
Cons
It's boring and there's more interesting work in the world
Advice to Senior Management
I think you should hire smarter people and not worry about maximizing billable hours to the client
Pros
Flexible work schedule to meet employees needs outside of work. Good benefits including competitive salaries, medical compensation, 401k, good vacation time.
Cons
Business is decreasing. Jobs leaving the northeast, going down south or offshore. No potential for career growth. Not much of a sales force.
Advice to Senior Management
Realize the existing business is decreasing and look for new markets. Tighten the corporate purse strings instead of taking away jobs.
Pros
Well located
Dedicated and professional people
excellent Clientele and challenges
Good social involvement
started recently health and life balance programs and gym well needed.
Small bonus but excellent 40h salaries.
International but very isolated divisions.
Cons
Everyone have to billed some customers and projects. Money machine for TSX.
pressure is usually high so are the challenges and most clients.
Lots of burnouts, could be avoided if management did some mentoring
Everyone is a consultant! Lots of grey hair thinking with it experience.
Little training and top down management very imper$onal
Advice to Senior Management
More team work, more solutions and repeat businesses then custom consulting a la carte or body shop. Match a new blood with a gray hair on projects. Go cloud or die with your staff.
Pros
There is not much to boast about here. Employees are allowed to telecommute where possible so that employee and employer costs go down.
Cons
This could be a novel. Lack of communication, lack of leadership, underpaid, overworked. Very little, or no recognition for a job well done.
