I have been working at CHA full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

CHA has changed considerably as a company, but at the core, it still cares deeply about its clients and employees.

    Cons

Like many other industries, the engineering consulting industry is consolidating with a heavy emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. While this is important for the long-run, it can create short-term distractions that impacts client service and deliverables.

I didn't work for a CHA employee. But rather, a hired gun. He was corrupt.

If you hire someone to work on a remote project, give them legitimate CHA leadership. Not some weasel with a gmail account.
