    Pros

As a licensed clinical therapist the only satisfaction I received from this company was working directly with clients.

    Cons

The Brooklyn NY co is a mess. I have never worked for such an unsophisticated group in my life...and CHEAP? They pay contract psychologists about a quarter per hour than earned in private practice, yet they expect you to train, using their convoluted policy methods for months without pay. They have endless lists of female employees who duplicate efforts and lose paperwork, faxes and checks. This is the most disorganized company I have worked with.

    Advice to Management

You must hire educated individuals who are organized and have some life smarts. Although your girls are "nice"--they do not seem very sophisticated or brite. My understanding is that this company is managed by a strict Jewish sect. That is fine however...someone needs some high tech management experience and can streamline and make efficient this organization. Please--pay your people what they deserve.

lack of pay for administrative activities and having to go to a day-long meeting on weekend without pay.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more and raise salaries/procedural-based reimbursement.
