    I have been working at CI-Group full-time

    Pros

I recently joined CI-Group and was impressed with the interview process. Here, senior executives take the time to meet with candidates to assess skills and culture fit. Management also realizes the value of treating staff as talented contributors who have a desire to learn and grow. It is evident from the start that employees are passionate about their clients and are equally interested in working together as a team. Just don’t let the casual atmosphere fool you! This group is highly professional and does what it takes to satisfy clients in a very competitive business climate.

    Cons

The company is located off of the highway, so no real ability to walk to restaurants and stores. However, there is usually no reason to leave, as the company provides a very nice lunch room and delicious variety of free coffee and tea!

    Pros

I love the people I work with, the clients we support, the energy of the company itself. Always working on growing and improving.

    Cons

High expectations. Lot of support from management and encouraged to grow, but everyone is expected to perform to the best of their abilities. Not a place to work if you are just looking for a paycheck. People here are passionate about what they do.

I have been working at CI-Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    - Company invests in its future, updating systems and implementing new technology to take advantage of the latest tools and systems. - Opportunity for diversity in the job. Achievement is rewarded with more responsibility and better position. - Client base consists of many "Fortune 500" companies. - Great "company culture" and working environment (although sine the company has been around for over 30 years, the decor in some parts of the office is in severe need of being updated - but they continue to do that).

    Cons

    - fast paced and demanding. Demanding clientele require you to be "malleable" in your daily tasks since priorities tend to change daily.

    Advice to Management

    - provide more opportunities for personal growth. While there are a few, more would make people better at what they do.

Demanding work, when you leave at the end of the day/week and you have completed a big project you feel great. Amazing sense of team while nurturing the I the best they can. Can talk to any level of management regardless of position. Constantly seeking new business opportunities!

    Cons

Very demanding clients who sometimes do not always realize what is involved in the requests they make. Sales department does not always seem to be in touch with the rest of the building.

    Cons

-If you life far away, can be difficult to get to. Really consider your commute -Half the office is new, other half outdated, but they are in the process of fixing that -It gets very cold in there, bring a sweater!

I have been working at CI-Group full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

A fast paced & demanding environment that is full of dedicated people. We have high-end clients who require a high level of service. Although sometimes it is stressful, I come to work each morning looking forward to what new challenges the day may bring & seeing my “work family”. It is amazing to be a part of a group of people who come together to get what some may refer to as “the impossible” done. The employees at CI-Group strive to overcome any & all obstacles. There is nothing that we, as a team, cannot do! It is an exciting place to work. I have done things I never thought that I would do & I have learned a lot in my time spent here. The casual dress code is great & there is always someone to talk to if you have a problem or need a second opinion. People from all different departments will pitch in to get any job done, no questions asked – if help is needed, it’s given

    Cons

The décor in some areas may seem slightly out dated to some – but renovations are in the works!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work! The improvements/changes that have been & are being made are great!
