    Use the annual employee feedback survey wisely. Don't quickly discount issues as non material. Improve annual incentive measurements to make it clear on how the bonus is derived

    Pay is pretty good, you can get in 50 000$ a year if you are full-time and selling insurance well.

    The problem is they want you to sell insurance, that's not for everyone and it's cold calling
