    Pros

    Great people, atmosphere, hours. I was able to have a work-life balance and worked with a great team of people.

    Cons

    Not many movement opportunities. I found coming in a jr. I was not able to move around teams very easily, with little help to do so

    Need to provide more opportunities for movement up as well as to other teams laterally.

    Good Company to work with..Low Pay compared to other banks though (Information Technology)

    Low Pay... Some of the directors use explicit words during meetings, bridges.. Upper management seems to be unreachable to regular employees.

    add some local working experiences. this country always request local experiences when you apply for almost every job.

    You have many opottunities to move inside and progress. People who working with are freindly and nice. Multicultural company. No discremination

    Cons

    Ask you to do many tasks and it is all priority. Poor management, they dont know what exactly want. Very confusing. Poor salary
