    Pros

but getting employed in this organization is the fastest ! hop in !!!!

    Cons

broken/flawed/dysfunctional processes, no manpower, ungrounded organizational vision... and the last guy popping in will be found guilty and charged ! those who are driving this bus will continue to live the good life. in return the newcomers/passengers will pay dearly (with their health and potentially career) for the mistakes of those who are laying down the grand ineffective plans.

    Advice to Management

the words "advice to management" are absolutely politically incorrect for the executives of this organization. and considering how many chiefs are, and how little the group of indians is, the message will get lost in THE "noise".
