    Pros

    Benefits are pretty good and salary is quite competitive compared to firms of similar size and positions of similar job type.

    Cons

    Difficult to move up the ranks and is quite nepotistic. Hard to also move between different positions within the firm.

    Pros

    Good team work & opportunities for internal move. People are helpful and your ideas are always being discussed. Great place to work.

    Cons

    The company is too big to make any changes easily. It is very hard to push thing forward even it is small changes.

    Help the staff to achieve their career objectives and this will help to company to achieve the company objectives at the end.

    Good challenges, interesting projects and lots of work! Excellent diversity.

    Cons

    Very poor management, non supportive and very hung up on hiarchy. Not a team enviroment! Lawyers managing = bad choice!

    Teach your managers to support and empower their employees. Very poor management skills!

    the benefits are okay, and decent pay for the educational requirements
    -some nicer coworkers
    -decent work life balance

    promotions based solely on sales
    extended hours and cutting key employees with no assistance from upper management

    Good work space, great team members, great teamwork

    Cons

    Bad employee satisfaction
    Bad management
    Exploitation of foreigners because they are perceived as not having an option
    unreasonable targets

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    A company/department that has an incredibly high turnover has a problem and you guys need to find the root cause. it was the worst 13 months of my life working here. i had to call in sick at least 2ce a month.. not because i was sick but because i could not bear going in everyday! i'm at a different FI now and in over 2 years i havent called in sick once.. rather when sick i still go in!

    High expectation with small reward. Hard to get help from the management. Too much lip service

    Good people, lots of community involvement, good pay

    Cons

    Limited opportunities for change/advancement in some areas. Some members of upper management are disrespectful and talk down to others without any consequences because they get business results.

    Work on people skills. Treat people with respect and empathy.
