Pros
International exposure and ability to work with other cultures.
Cons
Offshoring of jobs to other countries.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep jobs stateside.
Pros
You are basically left to work on your own with little supervision negotiate the best starting pay possible, they will probably pay it but do not expect a raise
Cons
They make promises they don't keep. Management does not give feedback to employees for corrective behavior. Very reactionary culture, sometimes borders on chaos.
Advice to Senior Management
Promote from within, some of the mid management changes were premature, you have / had talented people in the organization who are being bipassed for big talkers who are not producing adequate results.
Pros
Great for local connections and networking

Very immature corporation - commodity versus value oriented - declining performance overall
Advice to Senior Management
Find the real leaders and get them on the bus,

Advice to Senior Management
Bottoms up instead of top down - the people with clients are the heart of the business.
Pros
My fellow engineers/consultants are great. They are great at knowledge sharing. Really make it a fun place to work amid all the junk we have to deal with from management.
Cons
Horrible management. No Money. No proper staffing. Lots of offshoring going on. Same thing as most companies these days. New VPs come in, only to last 4-6 months before moving on. Where is the stability.
Advice to Senior Management
Communication. You continually harp on the "sheep" to get better at it, yet you continue to let rumors swirl all over the place without just taking 2 minutes to write an email and speak the truth. Also, listen to your employees more...soon, you may not have any
Pros
The people that I work with are top-notch
Cons
Senior Management appears disconnected from average worker
Advice to Senior Management
Find a way to retain good people
Pros
No interference from management in daily matters
Cons
No path for career guidance or counselling
Advice to Senior Management
Need to create growth path for employees
Pros
It's my first job and I'm very satisfied with it. I'm learning new stuff, working with nice people in a conmfortable space.
Cons
Just the salary, but it's not CIBER's problem, it is Spain's problem. Same job in Europe or USA has my salary duplicated or triplicated, minimum.
