    Great people, great work-life balance, fun Christmas parties

    Cons

    Low salary, not much room for growth, management doesn't really pay much attention to whether or not an employee is good or bad at their job

    Pay more attention to your support employees, you're either missing out on talent or overlooking some blaring problems

    Best product in the enterprise area for esignature solutions. Banking or insurance companies with excellent security, flexibility and good support from development.

    Cons

    The company has had poor executive management for many years and new management has had a tough time shedding the old image in the market

    Pros

    comfortable working environment, team-spirited, opportunity for advancement, opportunity for growth, offer many learning opportunities, offer work at home arrangements as well as flex-time, a lot of institutional memory, people tend to stay with the organization for long periods of time, good benefits, good work-life balance, competitive salary, forward thinking, pleasant and supportive coworkers, good technology resources, senior management communicates well, information shared between coworkers, teams and working groups, individuals recognized for their contributions and respected for their opinion, regular feedback given in both a formal format and informally, management seek out employees input and welcome questions.

    Pros

    The team integrates interns very quickly.
    Responsibilities increase very quickly if you work well.
    Hours were ok: roughly 10 hours a day on very busy weeks.
    Deals are very diverse in amounts, structures and industries.

    Cons

    Compensation was ok for interns but there are no bonuses.

    State more clearly who is responsible for what part of the job.
