    Pros

The people. I am very luckly to work with such professional, friendly, and helpful colleagues.

    Cons

The salary is measly. Granted I just graduated from college, but many of my friends who also work in the finance industry are already earning more.

    Advice to Management

Senior management is phenomenal here. They are very approachable and socialble with their employees. Our company's division is runs very efficiently and our customer satisfaction and profit records show this.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Very good benefits. Healthcare and time off is very generous and the company observes all federal holidays. I have a very good direct manager.

    Cons

There is not a career track for advancement. It seems to take a long time for promotions. In commerical services they seem to be very inflexible about working from home, flex time, etc.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication from senior management. Implement a well defined career track for employees. Allow more flexible work schedules for employees.

    Advice to Management

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Work/life balance is good. Benefits are great. They don't seem to care to much about travel expenses, so you can have a nice time on CIT's dime.

    Cons

Employee moral is horrible. Everyone is worried about there jobs. Within a group, the manager's pet get's everything and the others actually do the work.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to listen to the little people... look at reviews like this and see where the problems are... costs are out of control and middle management needs training so that they can be more effective.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at CIT as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Honestly, I cannot think of any. The people there are somewhat nice and the team I worked with had some very nice people - but that's about it. They're just nice.

    Cons

The company culture is awful. There doesn't seem to be any ambition amongst any of the employees. It just seems a stopover for some people until they find something better.
