Pros – Compensation and benefits. By far the best benefits of any company I have worked for.
Cons – very little communication from upper management.
Advice to Senior Management – spend more time in the field with employees
Pros – Select managers are easy to deal with when it comes to time off and flexible working arrangements.
Cons – CIT SBL has been in disarray since CIT filed for BK a few years back. Compared to most other banks, their systems are fairly archaic and disorganized. Any suggestions of process improvement are met with resistance. "This is how we do it, so deal with it" is the general management attitude.
Advice to Senior Management – Even if management doesn't care about the employees, at least make a better effort to pretend that you care. There are maybe 100 people there, and its a running joke among employees that Chris Reilly can't name more than 10 of them.
