I worked at CIT Small Business Lending

    Pros

Select managers are easy to deal with when it comes to time off and flexible working arrangements.

    Cons

CIT SBL has been in disarray since CIT filed for BK a few years back. Compared to most other banks, their systems are fairly archaic and disorganized. Any suggestions of process improvement are met with resistance. "This is how we do it, so deal with it" is the general management attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Even if management doesn't care about the employees, at least make a better effort to pretend that you care. There are maybe 100 people there, and its a running joke among employees that Chris Reilly can't name more than 10 of them.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO
