Former Employee – worked at CLEAResult
Pros – The people are great, very friendly and concerned about the environment.
Cons – People are expect to be available all the time, it is very common to work over 50 hours week after week. The year end push often requires mega hours to complete. Your experience varies widely depending on the office location and your manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Give people downtime, they don't need to be available 24/7

Former Employee – worked at CLEAResult full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great people to work with, good benefits (though can be expensive), flexible
Cons – The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. All decisions are made in Austin, with no regard to what happens in the rest of the country/offices. The company grew/is growing too fast and unable to deliver on promises made to clients 2-3 years ago. High turnover, especially in Great Lakes region.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to the people who communicate with your clients on a daily basis to understand what is working and what is failing miserably before you lose the contract, not after. Set goals that are tough, but at least possibly attainable given current parameters, not future planning that will never see fruition. Invest in company wide software program that actually works.

Current Employee – been working at CLEAResult
Pros – Growth, Dynamic and Working for a purpose
Cons – Communication and lack of leadership
Advice to Senior Management – Be more up front and proactive with staff. Utilize their strenghts and don't be afraid to communicate more, even if the communication is simply that you are still working on the plans

Current Employee – been working at CLEAResult full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Decent salary, good benefits, growth potential
Cons – Poor communication from executives. "Need to know" mentality can be oppressive. Because of explosive growth, systems and processes have yet to catch up. Over-promise to clients and staff is punished (via bonus') when we cannot deliver.
Advice to Senior Management – You should take a look at your mentality "that the client is always right." In some situations, if a client wants to go one way you should tell them it is not a good idea and why. Trust the "lower ranks" more to make sound decisions. Seriously rethink your IT department.

Current Employee – been working at CLEAResult
Pros – Helping to use energy more efficiently. Benefits are ok.
Cons – This place will overwork you and not compensate or recognize your hard work. They still operate like a start up so if you like that day to day say good bye to sleeping at night and your family.
Advice to Senior Management – Eliminate the current ineffective leaders and hire experienced executives to grow & lead the company.

Current Employee – been working at CLEAResult
Pros – 1) Small company with "potential" to grow
2) Never ending list of things to do and fires to put out
3) Great group of colleagues and co-workers, will literally be your support in getting ahead and dealing with difficult management
Cons – 1) Over promising clients and customers, to the point where goals are infeasible
2) Very little forward thinking, actions often negatively impacts everyone
3) Selfish. Very focused on achieving their own agendas as opposed to company's objectives
4) Promotion based on old boys club
5) Management protects their positions, be very careful in dealing with them
6) Poor.. very poor communication
7) Employees are scared of telling the truth, encourages little information sharing
Advice to Senior Management – Often times you chalk up issues to being a start-up company. However, this is clearly a stance of avoidance. You need to start making people more accountable, open up communication, and avoid putting us all in functional silos. Take a good hard look at how your actions are adding value to the company.
