    Pros

CLP Definitely tries to maintain a feeling of union work, even if it's not. High standards, and in compliance with OSHA.

    Cons

Watch your back... Even though the company tries to maintain the blue collar, not all the employees do.

    Advice to Management

    Keep track of your employees.

    Pros

Representatives are good listeners. Make applying for jobs easy.

    Cons

They're representatives fail to clarify roles and aren't that friendly or approachable.. Theyre representatives flat out don't give a damn. They don't care about the construction industry and young tradesmans futures.

    Advice to Management

Include entire weekly earnings in one paycheck. Don't wait for me to ask for my paycheck just mail it. Let me know Walmart won't accept your checks.

I have been working at CLP Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Clp can find you work pretty quick and are good at emailing all the information. Also I've never had a problem getting paid, it's deposited every Wednesday without fail.

    Cons

About 2/3 of the jobs only last a few days to a week or 2. The pay is usually less than the job should pay but it is a temp agency.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to make a few dollars more an hour and also earn vacation days earlier than 1000 hours, they charge double what we make hourly.
