    Pros

Very competent manager and associated staff members. This labor resource company kept me working at the jobs I enjoyed the most and received the best income from, I was treated as a valued and respected employee. I'm just sorry the construction industry suffered so much from the economic downturn or I would still be working for these good folks!

    Cons

Nothing to state at this time.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great atmosphere and positive environment you have cultivated, I enjoyed every moment I had working for your company.

    Pros

They do not yell at you or push you so hard you cant even think.

    Cons

You will have to work with some really inexperienced people that may be in charge of you, but that's alright suck it up keep your mouth shut and your job will be there longer.

    Advice to Management

Put people in charge that have the experience to run the crews you have put together so the job can get done in a timely manner.

    Pros

Flexibility in job types and locations. The office team members always reason with you when you have problems. They also provide you with free gloves and other personal protection equipment.

    Cons

It is a dead end job. You will not be able to grow much within the company, but that is what you get with a temp agency.

  6. Temporary work.

    Pros

It offers corporate level type of benefits with a localized working environment since each market has it's own territory.

    Cons

It has some limitations in advancement for your career since they have only so many positions locally and the national opportunities would require re-locating.

    Advice to Management

Keep in mind people who would like to advance in their career.

    Pros

The check is always there you can always count on being paid, and they do background and drug screens on all employees so you wont have to worry about working with people that are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Cons

The solar project i worked on the supervisors had no idea of what they were doing and definitely had no reason to be in the position they were in.but i believe First Solar might have had a little to do with that.

    Advice to Management

Have qualified personnel to watch over the supervisors you put in charge to make sure they are qualified to do the job they are assigned to do.
