    Pros

CLP Definitely tries to maintain a feeling of union work, even if it's not. High standards, and in compliance with OSHA.

    Cons

Watch your back... Even though the company tries to maintain the blue collar, not all the employees do.

    Advice to Management

    Keep track of your employees.

I worked at CLP Resources full-time

    Pros

Great team work throughout the organization. Enjoyed the employees that worked there. The onboarding process was easy and great training was provided. Felt very welcomed.

    Cons

Getting laid-off, but business had slowed and they consolidated so it was understandable.

I have been working at CLP Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Clp can find you work pretty quick and are good at emailing all the information. Also I've never had a problem getting paid, it's deposited every Wednesday without fail.

    Cons

About 2/3 of the jobs only last a few days to a week or 2. The pay is usually less than the job should pay but it is a temp agency.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to make a few dollars more an hour and also earn vacation days earlier than 1000 hours, they charge double what we make hourly.

  7. They have always had my back

    Pros

Flexibility in job types and locations. The office team members always reason with you when you have problems. They also provide you with free gloves and other personal protection equipment.

    Cons

It is a dead end job. You will not be able to grow much within the company, but that is what you get with a temp agency.

  8. It's a company that treats their staff, their field workers, and their customers with great respect and professionalism.

    Pros

It offers corporate level type of benefits with a localized working environment since each market has it's own territory.

    Cons

It has some limitations in advancement for your career since they have only so many positions locally and the national opportunities would require re-locating.

    Advice to Management

Keep in mind people who would like to advance in their career.
