    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsFinancially viable company continuing to grow at expense of competitors. Pays management roles above average for market and industry. Recently placed meaningful focus on employee satisfaction and culture of transparent communication and inclusion.

ConsSenior leaders use the right words but consistently fail when it comes down to demonstrating core values and real appreciation for employees. Multiple failures to ensure non-hostile and safe workplace. Mixed messages from different senior leaders.

Advice to Senior ManagementTime for changes in people at the top. Need fresh eyes and perspectives and ideas.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
