A good place to learn, but things move slowly.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIt's an international company with opportunities to work in many location. Pay and benefits are competitive in the industry.

ConsSenior management is slow to tackle the big issues, doesn't provide a true vision for the company, and gets caught up in "initiatives" that are more form than function.

Advice to Senior ManagementFigure out where you want to compete and how best to compete in those areas. Don't simply repeat what you've done in the past. Get to know your competition.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
