Pros
Great benefits. Comp salary. Very, very fast pace. Very family like atmosphere. Your check will never bounce! Very deep pockets.
Cons
If you don't like to put in the hours... Don't bother. If you don't like constant changes... don't bother. If you like to get settled in doing the same thing every day.... don't bother. Change is constant.... change is good
Advice to Senior Management
Change ways of promotion.... Don't make it like everyother job where it's who you know and not what you know
