    I worked at CMF International full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    CMF is very experienced and professional. They give great support to missionaries, and communicate well with supporters.

    Cons

    You have to raise your own support. I wish that I had better training. There are some issues with support account management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fix the issues with supporter account management. Communicate more. Overall though, keep up the good work!

    I have been working at CMF International

    Pros

    Direct hands-on work with nationals, sharing the Gospel. Family atmosphere and clear goals set that are in accordance with Christian Scripture.

    Cons

    Distance from home. Occasional poor explanations of policies for teams on the field, although it's probably the same as most missions organizations. Support raising (no one's favorite).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Coordinate the Indianapolis office, particularly certain departments like Finances, better. Continue with family atmosphere, this makes CMF strong. Instruct teams in specific aspects better, but leaving freedom to comply in a field-appropriate manner. Keep up the good work.
