    I have been working at CMHA full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Able to move up corporate ladder Great chance for advancement within.

    Cons

    Too much governmental politics and controls.

    I worked at CMHA full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    They give you the opportunity for schooling and training which is good for advancement.

    Cons

    even though you have the training they may never give you a chance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    until they change the director of the HCVP program there is no advise it is a hostile work place at all times.

    Sometimes outsiders or recent employees are given better positions over employees with seniority.

    Consider better your senior employees.
