Pros
Good for freshers,many clients in india, job security is more when compared to other companies, you can work for different clients when one client is lost
Cons
Salary is very low here and you will not get it in time,even government job holders will get salary on first of month but here you will get only after tenth of month,not for exp candidates
Advice to Senior Management
You cannot reach the management,Please make the company process fast like in salaries, hike ,promotions and make it good for experienced candidates
