I have been working at CNA full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Depending on the group you are in, flexible. If you are good at what you do, bonus's can be decent.

    Cons

Stuffy enviornment. Salary is not that competitive. If you are good at what you do, you will receive a lot more work, while others do not have the same work load.

    Advice to Management

Be more fair, hire and retain those you value, reward them.

I have been working at CNA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

CNA was a great company to work for. However, once they began to do lay offs everything went bad. They offered decent amount of time and money to be laid off, but the working environment was like no one cared about you anymore. It became very cut throat. Good pay. Good people.

    Cons

They are currently developing India to take over a lot of operations, especially in CO. They advertise room for movement but there really isnt. EXTREMELY conservative company.

    Advice to Management

    Stop moving business to India.
