    Great experience

    Supervisor (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsI worked on the Prevention side of the company. So i had an opportunity to do community mobilization, grant writing, supervising, marketing and collaboration with the mental health division of the company.
We had a very flexible schedule, upward mobility opportunities, great team to work with and supportive senior management team.

Consevening hours, sometimes weekends, pay was average could have been more competitive.

    Advice to Senior ManagementCompetitive salaries

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Kind people doing a hard job at CODAC

Coordinator of Community and Public Relations (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsGiving people, great benefits, supportive management.

ConsThe nature of the job is tough because it's working with a very high risk population that desperately needs help.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to support the front line staff -- they are doing a difficult task every day.

Great employees, but the upper management is destroying employee morale.

Case Worker (Former Employee) Tucson, AZ

ProsThe employees are great, and work hard and frequently step out of their role to assist as a team player. Employees are definitely in it for the "greater good" and not for the money!

ConsDoesn't pay well and has excessively high, unrealistic expectations of employees. Also, upper management frequently only makes appearances when necessary, and has no problem with stepping on toes or throwing their "underlings" under the bus to make themselves look good.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry working with your employees to solve problems instead of throwing them under the bus when things get tough.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
