Details
Pros
its the biggest futures trading company in china,and most importantly its the States-owned-organization.so its the best place to stay
Cons
some people dont work that hard,and no one blamed them,most importantly they dont feel shame at all.at all.
Advice to Senior Management
keep effective communication with the employees.know what they are thinking about.an d keep doing this monthly.its the best.
