3. High level expectation from employees which are not-in-line with the job profile
Advice to Senior Management
Try not to do too many experiments with SD process
Avoid risky initiative as in the last 3 years lots of initiatives has resulted in financial crisis...
Pros
Good income, very competitive and attractive benefits. Somewhat more learning; possibilities to learn more if you would want to. Nice colleagues to work with.
Cons
Management does not listen, or hardly listens to people; promotions are based on how well you know people, and rarely on knowledge.
Management does not have a clue what is going on at the base of the company; they're just in a Glass Tower issuing orders;
Adding more "tasks" to the job thus altering the job description signed by the employee resulting in change of the job description, without a raise of pay, or benefits.
No option for growth/ promotion, or very difficult.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to the people, because now you are not listening. We need a management that is there for us, and not against us. A management that will value any kind of comment how negative it may be.
Management should have to have people willing to work for them, and not must work for them.
At least 80% across Barcelona SSC employees are unhappy, please do something about it!
