Pros
Good compensation, easy to work with recruiters
Cons
seems like they lost of lot of big clients
Pros
Pay is good if you got a good assignment. You have to find a way to get into a good paying assignment.
Cons
Collaboration is pretty much non-existent. You don't have the backing of an entire service line. It is understood however that as a contractor, you would not get the same benefits.
Advice to Senior Management
Get your employees, whether contract or permanent into a culture of collaboration and support. Let them feel like they are a part of a bigger company and not just an individual who's dropped into an assignment.
Pros
great company to work and increase sales
Cons
Merging companies but need to integrate
Advice to Senior Management
Continue acquiring companies but also stay organized and take care of employees with respect ...
Pros
-Client base
-senior staff
-experienced team
-good processes
Cons
salary not on par with standard of living
Pros
I received my requested hourly rate without too much debate.
Cons
If you are a contractor who uses agencies for the sake of health benefits, look elsewhere. COMSYS' package is a losing combination of poor quality and high cost.
Sadly, I've also been unimpressed by the operations personnel I've dealt with over the years. I'm sad to say that none have struck me as particularly organized, creative, or proactive.
Advice to Senior Management
When you offer dismal benefits and your contractors have negative experiences with your personnel, they choose other agencies and share their experiences with other professionals. Food for thought.
Pros
compensated for your personal efforts
Cons
limited upward advancement and geographic advancement
Advice to Senior Management
keep driving the business
Pros

Cons
comp structure changes annual typically not for the better
Advice to Senior Management
keep up the great work
Pros
They are well connected locally and work together to match your skills with employers' needs.
Cons
There are only low or medium paid job opportunities.
Advice to Senior Management
Please give better pay or benefits to employees.
Pros
They have some pretty big clients. After the Manpower acquisition, the company have a much bigger reach. Manpower is a much more diversified in terms of functions, geographies etc.
Cons
The company, although it makes lot of skill development material available, is slow to take active part in developing the careers and skillsets of the employee.
Advice to Senior Management
Brainpower of your people is your strength in your business. Take good care of it and company will prosper. That's it.
Pros
Good salary, paid on time.
Cons
GC process is really slow (EB3)
