“Opportunities for Growth and Development”
Current Employee – been working at CONEXIS
Pros – CONEXiS is a fast growing Technology Solutions and Staffing firm. The team is fun to work with and the expectations are high. Great place for highly motivated individuals in Sales and Recruiting, as well as IT Services--Technicians, etc. The office is small so there is a family feel to it. We have great relationships with our clients and work with each client and candidate closely--not the typical staffing firm mentality. Having a Technology Solutions Team on staff provides an added level of expertise our clients appreciate.
Cons – Benefits are OK and there are some growing pains...
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to support the team and help with structure and growth.
