    - flexibility of working from home

    Cons

    - too many people including management working from home, hence hard to know what's happening in company
    - poorly qualified employees promoted to managers, getting work done becomes cumbersome

    start working from the office!!

    great people and good products; creative and important work. Compassionate about respecting differences and building a unified culture in a global company.

    Cons

    Part of a large, disorganized, disparate international corporation without adequate funding or processes for organizational improvement. Lacks business and financial leadership. Lots of cronies.
