Pros – Corestaff works to place people in contracts that are a reasonably good fit for their skills and personality. Their recruiters are technically competent and consistently followed through when and as they said they would (surprisingly better than some other agencies). Once on contract, contact is regular and cordial.
Cons – Pay through this agency is not as high as some other agencies and their health benefits are dismal. Paid holidays and the "tenure bonus" are very limited paid-time-off benefits.
Advice to Senior Management – Make career advancement paths more clear to contract employees. Funding for job-related education is great, but not if no time is allocated to do it. And the health "benefits" are a joke -- should an employee experience a major medical event or accident, the plan will leave the employee bankrupt.
