Many great employees, much not so great management.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsI was able to advance and learn some very relevant skills. Some fantastic people work for this company.

ConsLeadership silos, very little communication between managers and teams.

Advice to Senior ManagementDiscuss your team(s) vision and strategy if any does in fact exist? When employees and managers ask questions and bring potential solutions to the table listen, engage or at a minimum, answer the phone or email. Again, communication was very sparse if it existed at all.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

The Indian CFO (who acts like a demi god and self appointed CEO) needs to go
US Sales VP should focus on sales rather than taking over other departments

It was great but pay is way too low. Needs regular review for pay raises. Pay raises need to be more.

Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) College Station, TX

ProsGreat environment! Nice quiet, polite clients, clean work environment with great office amenities. Upbeat attitude had by all who worked or work there.

ConsNo breaks are given out. Bathrooms are cramped ad uncomfortable and are some what messy most of the time. house keeping skips over cleaning certain things.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees need break

Amazing colleagues and management that will fight for you any given day

Senior BTO Project Manager (Current Employee) Alexandria, VA

ProsSome of the best colleagues you could work with. Anyone is ready to help you at the drop of a hat. Management allows you to do your job without looking over your shoulder every step of the way. Escalation procedures and overall company-wide procedures are well documented and allow no margin for error when followed.

ConsThe room for advancement is only 1-2 positions higher than when you are originally hired as a BTO project manager. It took 5 years for me to get promoted to Senior BTO PM, despite receiving higher than average marks on my performance reviews each year. Pay is lower than the regional or national average for project management professionals by 20K or more. No option for telework.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

    Going downhill fast...

Legal Support (Former Employee) Alexandria, VA

Prosability to telework, work life balance, work as part of a global team.

Conslack of team support and constant downsizing. below average pay. People in the company work with their heads down becuase their jobs are not guareenteed. The company lets people go in order to inflate performance.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou will have a productive work force if you award employees for their acheivements and provide the most demanding departments with the necessary staff and tools they need to do their jobs.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
