    Pros

    A company with a large customer, but failed to maintain leverage growth.

    Cons

    The former CEO did not understand the business. He thought that a software company functioned as a bank where you apply money in a day and earns interest on the other. Also was a great illusionist handler, and used his contacts with bankers to get loans, make up the old CPM and sell it in the future. The company became CAP Gemini and this then published an audit report showing the actual situation of the company CPM Braxis in 2010.

    Advice to Management

    Professionalization and technological upgrading.

    Pros

    Good projects spanning diverse subjects. Opportunity to learn many useful competencies for future jobs. Possibility to work in different areas, changing your position.

    Cons

    Too much pressure to deliver everything in tiny deadlines. Dealing directly with end-clients who doesn't understand the software development process.

    Pros

    Banco Bradesco was its largest shareholder and is also its main customer.

    Cons

    The company changed shareholder many times.
    When the principal client gone, the company begun to dismiss. But before the old CEO said that no demissions would occur.
    Obsolete way of system development, using Word instead of integrated encyclopedia. Poor CEO, and mediocre Management without experience in complex banking systems.
    Sales could not afford the costs.
    Lost major contracts for failing to capacity planning and unrealistic vision of the market. Former CEO did not understand the business.
    The board is always looking for the next victim to be a member.
    The company practiced the bank of hours and rarely pay overtime to employees.

    Pros

    It is a good company to speed up your career. Depending on the projects that you get involved, you can learn a lot about different technologies.

    Cons

    Generally, the company does not give the correct value to its talents.

    The company should care more about give the correct value to the talents to keep them in the company.
