    Pros

Window to complete assignments is very flexible. This job is good for picking up a little spending money on the side. Not a career-type job.

    Cons

Time to complete assignments is set in stone. Managers are rude, brash, and uncaring. If you run past your allocated time for reasons beyond your control, you will not get an open-minded response from management.

    Advice to Management

Hire field Supervisors that have a modicum of interpersonal communication skills.

    Cons

No benefits since its a family owned company. Small size so your resources for any educational assistance is limited and few.
