    Excellent family owned company

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Richardson, TX

ProsFamily owned, understanding management and fairly un-stressful day to day operations. Lots of support is given and training is provided.

ConsNo benefits since its a family owned company. Small size so your resources for any educational assistance is limited and few.

    Poor Management

    Retail Merchandiser (Former Employee)
    Marianna, FL

ProsWindow to complete assignments is very flexible. This job is good for picking up a little spending money on the side. Not a career-type job.

ConsTime to complete assignments is set in stone. Managers are rude, brash, and uncaring. If you run past your allocated time for reasons beyond your control, you will not get an open-minded response from management.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire field Supervisors that have a modicum of interpersonal communication skills.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
