I have been working at CPS (cps4jobs.com) full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great place to work if you want to earn what you are worth. The harder you work the more you get paid. If I was hired by any other search firm I would not have made it in the industry - the training is second to none!

    Cons

There really are no cons. Not a good place to work if you can't sell or work on commission.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stick with the plan, it works!

Great Work Environment but NOT for everyone

    I worked at CPS (cps4jobs.com) full-time

    Pros

Great work environment, Everyday is completely different, Great training for new recruiters, really flexible schedule (remember 100% commission), Management is 100% dedicated and each of them started out in a recruiter role. If you're going to work here, I would recommend asking to work under Dave or Jeff.

    Cons

Commission rate is REALLY low for a 100% commission role. Seems like management is more willing to take everyone out to the bar then offer them financial rewards. TURNOVER - LOTS OF Turnover. Don't make friends with the new recruiters because there is a good chance they will be gone next week. Staffing is very up and down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give a higher commission rate especially for incoming employees and invest (financially) in your employees. Wouldn't it be easier to retain an employee if they made a placement and walked out the 3-4th month with a $5-7k check instead of a $2k for 3 months worth of work?

I have been working at CPS (cps4jobs.com) part-time

    Pros

EVERYTHING. Great coworkers. Funny, dedicated, hard working bosses....

    Cons

Nothing at all. Maybe a coworker now and then gets on your nerves. But not much and not often.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep it up. Most people have horrible jobs with horrible bosses. This job is a dream. Guess the people who are bitter after working here are planning on having a job where they don't have to overcome obstacles and work hard for big rewards. Just Sayin'.
